• To make potted vermicelli. Mix 50g of Sunsauce Vermicelli Seasoning Sauce with 2 tbps. of water, then mix with 40g of vermicelli. Add meat/prawns to preference.

Soak the noodles in water Cut the soaked noodles when cooked and drain the waterMix Sunsuace Potted Vermicelli Seasoning Sauce 1 pack with 50 grams of water Mix the sauce from step 2. with the noodles, Shiitake mushrooms, sliced Ginger and shrimp (Keep some sauce for Step 6)Put bacon on the bottom of a pot then put noodle, Shiitake mushrooms, sliced Ginger and shrimp on topPour the sauce over the pot and put Chinese celery on topMicrowave for 4 minutes or heat over medium heat for 10-15 minutes
