Cooking Ingredients: 1. 120g Singlong Assam Fish Sauce 2. 500g Fish or other types of Seafood (Squid (Sotong)), Prawn & etc) 3. 250ml Water (1 cup) 4. 50ml Tamarind Juice (30g Tamarind add into 50ml water and strain) 5. Optionally, you may add Lady’s Finger and Onion 6. 50ml Coconut Milk. Cooking Instructions: 1. Add 120g Singlong Assam Fish Sauce into 250ml water, turn up heat and bring to boil. 2. Add in Fish or other seafood and ingredients as preferred, mix and stir well with low heat and simmer until meat is cooked. (You may add Lady’s Finger and Onion) 3. Lastly, you may add Coconut Milk and Tamarind Juice. Mix well and serve hot.
