This sauce has a complex spice blend to bring your authentic curry dish together in just a few minutes. Simply sauté 1 onion in a little oil, add ¾ chicken and sear. Add 3-4 tbsp of Patak’s Hot Curry Spice Paste to ¾ cup tomatoes and ¾ cup water. Simmer about 25 minutes and enjoy with basmati rice or naan. For a veggie option, try with ½ a cauliflower and 1 zucchini. Serves up to 5
