12.Cinnamon & Cardamom
Steps of Cooking:
1.Mix National Tikka Boti Seekh Kabab Recipe Mix, ginger and garlic paste and raw papaya slices in half cup of water. Apply evenly on meat and leave for 3-4 hours then remove the raw papaya slices.
2.Thread the meat pieces onto skewers. Place on very low heat until it turns light brown. Brush the meat with oil and rotate the skewers to grill until meat becomes tender.
3.Serve with salad, National Green Chilli Sauce or National Tomato Ketchup.
