Our authentic Sri Lankan Curry Sauce is made from organic chilies, lemongrass, ginger, spices and fresh herbs, conveniently sealed in a pouch. It is delicious with seafood or chicken, basmati rice, noodles or veggies. Medium spicy. If you want to make it milder, just add Coconut Milk or Coconut Cream and simmer. Give it a try!

Chicken Curry, for 2 to 4 servings – Great with Naan or Basmati rice

· 4 Chicken thighs, fried in a bit of coconut oil until done

· 1 shallot sliced finely, fried crispy in a bit of coconut oil

· 3 cups of baby peppers, sliced in half and sautéed in a bit of coconut oil

· 1 sweet Potato, cut into cubes and fried in a bit of coconut oil

· 1 pouch of Curry Love Sri Lankan Curry Sauce

Preparation

a) Combine all ingredients, except the shallot with the Sauce, simmer until done and serve with some chopped Cilantro and the fried, crispy shallot

A delicious Vegan dish with a little kick. Serves 2 to 4 – Great with Naan or Basmati rice

· 1 can of chickpeas, drained

· 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

· 2 cups of brussel sprouts cut in half and, fried golden in a non stick with some oil

· Salt and Pepper

· 1 shallot sliced finely, fried crispy in a bit of coconut oil

· 1 pouch of Curry Love Sri Lankan Curry Sauce

Preparation
