Teriyaki Chicken Drumstick and Vegetable Tray Bake

1.Preheat oven to 390°F

2. Line a large shallow baking tray with baking paper. Place chicken and sweet potato into the baking tray.

3. Add Passage to Asia Teriyaki Chicken Stir-fry Sauce and 1 tbsp oil. Toss until well coated.

4. Bake for 45 minutes.

5. Toss bok choy in a bowl with the remaining oil.

6. Place vegetables on the tray around chicken and roast for 10 minutes or until tender. Serve sprinkled with scallion and chili pepper slices with noodles on the side
